Andree Martinez

Andree was born in Chihuahua, Chihuahua Mexico and was brought up in El Paso, Texas. She has entertainment gene within her family. Her upbringing was in a family of entertainers like her sibling Karla Martinez, who hosts Univision's Despierta America (1997)). Since she was a child her family was in the company of television hosts like Karla Martinez (Host of DespiertaAmerica on Univision)! Andrew Martinez is the vice head of Safety, Security, and Resiliency of Southern California Edison, one of the largest electric utilities in America. SCE has made worker safety and corporate security a priority. Martinez is the head of the activities and programs specifically focused on those areas. Martinez gives safety executives across the company the support in the form of mentorship and programs that are effective for them to achieve their goal of safety for their group. Prior to taking on his current position Martinez was the director for Safety Training and Compliance for Transmission & Distribution at SCE. He was previously director of Safety and Compliance for Power Supply and Operational Services. In the thirty years the company was in operation, Martinez was in various positions that were leadership positions in programs targeted towards improving the performance of employees and implementing corrective actions. The positions included those at the San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station SONGS where he was responsible for the security of employees and public.
