Ana Paula Oliveira bio

Ana Paula Oliveira is a Brazilian actress who was born on the 26th of May, 1978, in Campinas Sao Paulo. Her roles include Woman on Top (2000), Sem Fio (2009) and A Indomada (2000). Ana Paula Oliveira became a participant in the Global Initiative Against Transnational Organized Crime (GI-TOC) in March of 2020. She manages the Assassination Witness Project, and is a key member of the multilateral engagement of GI-TOC. Her research focuses on the criminal trade, assassinations and disappearances. Also, she's interested in the impacts of organized crime and human rights in the context of humanitarian policies and the law. Ana Paula is a graduate of the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies (Geneva) and holds an LL.M. She holds a LL.M. on Public Law, as well as an MBA in international relations at Fundacao Getulio Vargas. Ana Paula has a bachelor degree in Legal and Social Sciences from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro. She is an experienced lawyer and has worked in a law firm focusing on legal issues involving public law for more than four years. Her previous experience includes was employed by non-governmental organizations with headquarters in Rio de Janeiro as well as Geneva.
